The Cascina Bringin Bed & Breakfast is located in a panoramic position , approximately 3 km from the centre of Mondovì, along the historic road that crosses the village of Carassone and leads to the Marian Sanctuary of Vicoforte , famous for its elliptical dome, the largest in Europe, which can be visited thanks to the Magnificat project.
The B&B is just 30 minutes from the mountain resorts that hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, perfect for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and ski mountaineering (Mondolè Ski, Prato Nevoso, Artesina, Frabosa Soprana, Lurisia). After a day on the slopes, you can savor local culinary specialties , including polenta with game, ravioli, cured meats and mountain cheeses, and traditional desserts such as cornmeal biscuits and hazelnut cakes.
For nature and geology enthusiasts, the area also offers spectacular karst formations , which can be visited in the Bossea Caves and the Caudano Caves.
A short journey allows you to visit numerous natural parks , including the Maritime Alps , the Pesio and Tanaro Valleys and the Crava Morozzo Natural Oasis .
For those who love culture, the Monregalese area offers historical monuments such as the Bressani Tower, the Printing Museum, the Hall of St. Stephen, the Bishop’s Palace, the Church of St. Fiorenzo, and the Sanctuary of Vicoforte, as well as archaeological sites such as Benevagienna.
Between summer and autumn, the area comes alive with festivals and events dedicated to food, wine and crafts: the Pumpkin Fair in Piozzo , Cheese in Bra organised by Slow Food, Peccati di Gola and the Crafts Fair in Mondovì Piazza, and the famous Truffle Fair in Alba .
